Katrina, blew us away! We were greeted with a complimentary gift that were specially printed with her logo and contact information just to make sure we were well taken care of! I am no stranger to renting from VRBO or HomeAway - I've probably rented from about a dozen properties in the past, so it really means something when I say that the attention to detail here was well above my expectations. This was a great place for a weekend getaway to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. Kat was so thoughtful with several personal touches that made the trip that much more special. She went out of her way several times to make our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, it was a fabulously perfect weekend. Would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it to others.

Kat was the perfect hostess. Attentive and prompt in answering questions. Lovely and friendly to chat with. The Songbird Cottage was the perfect place for our group of 5 adults. It felt like home with all the comforts we needed. The neighbours were welcoming and we felt very safe. We would definitely return should we be in Spokane again.

What a fabulous place! The house is adorable, the yard/patio was wonderful for relaxing and for the kids to play. The kitchen was well equipped. The linens supplied were impeccably clean and amazingly soft. Kat was wonderful to deal with, both before and during the trip - very responsive and helpful. Hope we can stay again for our next trip!

Kat has included several nice amenities that I've not seen at other properties. Also, the space is cleaned with "green" products and we noted that the entire place had a very neutral smell, in spite of being pet-friendly. Most of the information we needed was provided in the email, binder of information, and personalized instructions that were provided, but when we did need to contact Kat, she was very professional, friendly, and responsive. This was a last minute booking, and totally worth it. Katrina replied to my booking request quickly and was amazing to work with. The house was perfect; spotless, beautifully decorated, quiet safe neighborhood, and a HUGE backyard for my two little dogs. The location was great and allowed us to explore the Spokane area and relax with all the comforts of home! I highly recommend Katrina's Songbird "Cottage".

The home is adorable. We pulled up to a profusion of flowers in the front planters, a manicured lawn and birthday cake in the fridge, so thoughtful of Katrina! The home is very practical and way stylish in the interior. I should mention the home is white glove spotless as well.

Katrina has the house decorated so nice, the kitchen very well stocked with every appliance & cookware we could think of. To meet my qualifications for a great vacation rental, the home must have the following:
1. Very Clean (I mean, picky type clean)
2. Comfortable Beds (bedding, pillows etc)
3. Beautiful Decor
4. Well equipped kitchen and household
5. Great location (close to shopping, activities etc)
6. HIGH speed internet
7. Quick and Easy communication with owner/manager who is willing to help make ones stay stress-free.

Katrina has done a great job organizing the home and providing basic perks to help welcome guests. I've been to many ABNBs and sometimes cannot count on such things to be there. The home is sweet and warmly decorated.

We had a great experience with Katrina's home...it was perfect! The space was immaculately clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is clear Katrina takes great pride in her home. Katrina's description describes the home as "pet friendly" and that she uses a natural allergen spray. I have to admit, I'm highly allergic, but took the risk. Not once did I have any symptoms at all, which was pretty amazing. It was a very positive experience and we recommend Katrina highly!

I rented this home for my bridesmaids and I the two nights before my wedding. We got our hair and makeup professionlly done at the house before the wedding and both had very nice complements of the space for getting ready in! Katrina was very responsive to any questions before/after the say which was relieving! I would highly recommend her Songbird Cottage as a wonderful place to stay in a calm and relaxing neighborhood.
