  • Someone who daily embodies a health conscious approach to cleaning, an eye for detail, and high cleaning standards.

  • Is dependable, on time, and pays attention to details.

  • Available to work anytime of the day and any day of the week. This position requires weekend and after-hours work.

  • Has a desire to always be learning so that their business will grow along with their knowledge and skills.

  • Enjoys staging homes to create photo-perfect ambiance that showcases their immaculately clean homes.

  • Communicates in a friendly yet professional and timely manner.

  • Has vehicle, business license, insurance (or willing to get license and insurance), and a smart phone.

This is a business opportunity for those wanting a career in creating great guest experiences by becoming a partner host for our short term rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo. The opportunity to earn great money is endless!

  1. Creating 5-star guest experiences by ensuring properties are ready for guests including:

    • Perform white glove green cleaning and/or oversee green cleaners including disinfecting, spot checks, required photos, and following the BnB Equity Group's cleaning protocol training and quality control.

    • Proper care of laundry including stain removal, green clean detergent, wash, dry, and fold after check-out

    • Properties are fully stocked and ready for new guests including ensuring provided amenities are in place, internet is working, beds are made, smart locks are operating, all lights and electronics are working and inventory list is accurate.

    • Enjoys staging homes to create photo-perfect ambiance that showcases their immaculately clean homes.

  2. Creating 5-star guest experiences by on-brand management of bookings including:​​

    • On-brand communications in a friendly yet professional and timely manner.

    • Respond to all guest communications including questions, issues, reservation adjustments, lost and found items coordination, recommendations, etc. within a1-2 hour timeframe.

    • 24-Hour on-call for guests stays to handle any guest emergencies as needed.

    • ​​Screening guest inquiries within 12 hours and manage bookings ensuring all required information is gathered from guests.
  3. Creating 5-star guest experiences by reporting claims or maintenance including:​

    • Documenting damage or missing items and report claims for resolution.​

    • Report maintenance issues with the correct contacts per our protocols.

    • Coordinate meeting contractor during repairs as necessary.

  4. Creating 5-star guest experiences by working with our CEO to improve and create new systems including:​

    • suggestions and implementations to improve efficiency, team building, and company support.​


  • Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service.

  • Native/Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).

  • Experience with the Airbnb and Vrbo platform preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communicator.

  • Extremely detail oriented.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and productivity skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to easily learn and implement new software and platforms.

  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills.

  • Experience with Google Docs preferred.

  • Comfortable offering suggestions on how processes can be improved.

  • Enjoys working within a positive team environment that encourages and supports each other.

  • Assertive and comfortable with letting team members know when tasks need to get done in order to meet or exceed expectations and deadlines.

  • Is flexible when it comes to working hours.

  • Have transportation available at all times.

  • Strong ambition to personally grow and improve skills.

  • Eager to learn new skills and tasks to grow within the company. 

  • Independent and motivated worker; able to self-manage.

  • Has a passion for hospitality, travel, and real estate.

  • Located close to Seattle, WA or Spokane, WA and able to regularly commute to properties in the area.
